Shipping and Returns
We use Australia Post to send your packages. All packages will be sent tracked and a tracking number will be provided.
Processing times are up to 3-4 business days + Delivery time is estimated between up to 7-10 working days, depending on areas. We are posting from Rural Queensland.
If you need your package sent sooner, please contact us via email email@example.com prior to placing your order so we can make sure it is possible.
**LARGE ITEMS: IF YOUR ITEM IS TOO HEAVY FOR OUR STANDARD POSTING, WE WILL BE IN CONTACT TO GIVE YOU A QUOTE FOR SHIPPING.
FREE STORE PICK UP:
If you can pick your order from our Goondiwindi Store, you can choose FREE Pick Up at checkout. Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to be prepared, considering that we are closed on Sunday, Mondays and Tuesdays, which means any orders placed during those days will only be available for pick up on the Wednesday.
LATE DELIVERIES, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF PRODUCTS:
We will not be held responsible for late deliveries, loss or damage of products ordered through the website. We utilise third party delivery services and cannot provide any warranty or guarantee that no damage will be caused during the delivery of any products you order from our website.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind. However we can exchange your order if the item has been unopened, unused and is still in its original box up to 7 days after purchase. The exchange must be for another item of equal or higher value or for a voucher.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the reason for your return.
Please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for a store credit to be issued (excluding any postage paid). Your store credit will be processed once the items have arrived at Sister Sister Co. We do not keep ourselves accountable for items that are damaged or lost in transit back to us, so please make sure you pack the product safely.
In the unlikely but absolute terrible event that any of the products we stock has caused a reaction on your skin, please email us at email@example.com right away with your order details so we can investigate further. We will have to send your products to our wholesalers so their team can then advise on next steps from there. Most products have a shelf life of 18 months so if your product has exceeded this period, we do recommend ceasing use right away as we can’t guarantee the results after this time.
REFUNDS OF FAULTY ITEMS:
For all faulty or damaged product, email us within 15 days at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and some photos of the damage caused. We'll then organise either a refund or replacement.
Please keep in mind we do not keep ourselves responsible for damages caused in the transit by third party transport services.
